By using the Sites, you acknowledge that you are agree and able to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use the Sites.

Terms of Use stated below applies to all visitors and users of Ellesime. You’re bound by these terms if you’re on Ellesime web site.

The content of terms of use may be change, move or delete at any time. Ellesime Sdn Bhd have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions at any time. Please take note that all the revised Terms and Conditions replace all previous versions. Any violation of rules and regulations, Ellesime Sdn Bhd will immediately take legal actions against the offender(s).


2.0 Site Contents & Copyrights
The contents that appear on the Sites are valuable trademarks that owned and used by Ellesime Sdn Bhd. All materials, including images, illustrations, design, contents, photographs, video clips, and other materials that appear as part of the Site, in other words “Content of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Ellesime Sdn Bhd. Any use of the Ellesime intellectual properties without the prior written permission of Ellesime Sdn Bhd is strictly prohibited. Other company trademarks, company name and logos that are not owned by us but appear on the Sites are the intellectual property of their respective owners.

We may collect personal information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site. We will collect personal information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal information, except that the information are compulsory needed for order.

4.0 Security
As we know user’s personal information is highly sensitive information. Ellesime sdn bhd won’t share your information with any third parties. We adopt proper data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on your site.

Other than that, we do not sell, trade or rent Users personal information to other parties. We may share the reports not linked to any personal information for our sale analyze purpose. However, we will share the documents or information that related to delivery purpose that you had given us your permission.

We may send the latest news, products, promotion and other information to user through email.


6.0 Products
We cannot guarantee all the products’ available quantity listed on the site is exactly accurate as that is depending on the completion of order confirmation.


7.0 Inaccuracy Information
Sometimes, there may be information appear on our website contains typo error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may involve to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to amend any error and inaccuracies by changing and edit information without prior notice to the users.


8.0 Product Order
The received of the order number or an email order confirmation does not consider as the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Your order number or email order confirmation only represent the record of your order to us. Availability of the products on the Site will be change without any prior notice since the available product quantity is deducted after the order had confirmed and done deposit payment. Ellesime Sdn Bhd reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason or changing the product order quantity based on the product availability with prior notice.

8.1 Order Capacity
As we are using container shipments to deliver the goods internationally, we only provide 20ft and 40ft standard shipping containers for users to select. The volumetric capacity for these two types of containers is listed as below:
(a) 20ft container = 28 – 32 cubic meters
(b) 40HQ container = 60 – 68 cubic meters
User only can select either one container size from the selection per order. If user decide to place more order or had exceed the provided capacity, user can create a new order to continue proceed as a new shipment.


9.0 Delivery
Any delivery date given in the site is estimate. Ellesime wont responsible for any direct or indirect loss or cost incurred through any failure to deliver on the expected delivery date. In the event of an unforeseen situations (shipment, transportation, etc.), Ellesime reserve the right to reschedule the delivery with prior notice and we will provide the latest delivery status to buyer. Ellesime shall not be liable for any loss or expenses incurred that affect by the reschedule or delay of shipment


10.0 Delivery Period
Ready stock product – If the products are in stock or available, customer should take within 2 weeks from the date of settlement of deposit payment.


11.0 Cancellation Policy
In case the user wants to cancel the confirmed order, which had already done deposit payment, a 30% of cancellation fees on the total order value will be chargeable. Ellesime have the right to deduct the cancellation fees from your deposit. If the order is in delivery status, users are not allowed cancelled the order and refund payment with any reason. Ellesime have the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable reason.


12.0 Documentation or Information collection
Users personal and business information will be collected by us during the online registration portal. It is compulsory for every new visitor who decide to place order or dealing with us except our customer service center, email and other business communication apps. Personal and business information means the data that able to identify you and your company such as but not limited to your company name, address, mobile number, email address and nature of business.

We may also store and collect personally non-identifiable information through our site and purchase history. We are using various technologies to collect the data passively and these data and information will be only owned and maintained by our service providers and marketers. We use the collected information to identify the popularity for each item, the total number of orders from each buyer and others useful information for us to better understand the users’ interests. We might share your non-identifiable information to our agents, marketers and business partners but it does not disclose you and your company private information.


13.0 Liability
Ellesime explicitly excludes liability arising from:
(a) Failure to comply with Ellesime’s instructions for fitting or installation; or

(b) Any alterations or modifications of the goods by the customers or any third party; or

(c) Damage cause by the negligence of the customers; or

(d) Any delay in delivery that cause by third parties or incomplete documentation that require for arrange shipment from buyer; or

(e) Any person or marketer uses our website name and sell products to others without getting permission from Elesime Sdn Bhd.


14.0 Termination
Ellesime reserve the right to discontinue providing sites services and denying the access of the user who is unable to agree on the terms and conditions above without any prior notice. You agree and acknowledge that Ellesime got the right to eliminate and delete all the user content and record from the site and not able to access to the Sites.


15.0 Conflict
In the case that happen any conflict between the different language of Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, all the terms and conditions and privacy policy in English version shall prevail.
